Break-out group study subjects
Day # 2 of the symposium:
All delegates organized into compatible team groups of 6 - 8 delegates.
Ž Maximum of 8 groups
Ž Each Groups assigned a compatible team leader/facilitator. All will members of our accomplished team of partners/speakers.
Groups will be presented with three subjects. All will be Mass Customization concepts proven to bring positive, tangible results to any business. Each group, coached by the facilitator, will choose one subject to explore. If the team decide to ‘invent’ their own subject,
Ž Each team allocated two hours to determine how their chosen subject may be implemented in a hypothetical business
Ž Facilitators chart conclusions.
Ž Facilitators create a brief presentation, ideally as a PowerPoint, highlighting the conclusions of the team
After a break, the entire delegation will reconvene.
Ž Each facilitator will be allocated ten minutes to present conclusions to all symposium delegates
Ž Follow with 5 minutes of Q&A.
Post symposium … Business Affair, with input and cooperation from facilitators expand upon the conclusions reached during the break out sessions
Each of the 6-8 study subjects will be thoroughly documented as ‘mini business plans.’ Approximately two weeks after the symposium all conclusions will be professionally ‘packaged’ and sent electronically to each delegate as a MS Word file.
Thus delegates will receive multiple Mass Customization ‘business plans’ that may be studied, and at their discretion, implemented in their respective businesses.
