Our accomplished team of speakers will address Mass Customization from multiple prospectives. From philosophical, to academic. From ‘where and when’ to ‘how and what.’ Case histories will be thoroughly explored to expose both the good and the bad. Practical advice will help delegates to practice and improve on the former, head off or eliminate the latter.
Delegates will form teams to thoroughly explore several important Mass Customization opportunities, all proven to bring positive and tangible results to any business. The results of these hands on business studies will be examined by our team of experts and shared with delegates. Post conference, these important studies will be thoroughly documented and provided to all delegates.
Thus delegates will receive multiple Mass Customization ‘business plans’ that may be studied and at delegates discretion, implemented in their respective businesses.
