 Kelley
Shull, Consulting Partner, has thirteen years experience in organizational
development, specializing in leadership development, and strategic
planning and implemention. As a certified facilitator and trainer
of trainers, Kelley has implemented learning and management strategy
for companies across profit and non profit sectors and in colleges
and universities. Her trainings and consultancy translate into more
effective teams, and increased productivity. She has a MA in English
and an MS in Environmental Science.

Piller is an associate professor of management at TUM Business School,University
of Munich. Currently he is on extended leave and is working with
MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Sloan School of Management,Cambridge,
MA.
His recent research focuses on value co-creation between businesses
and their customers, and the interface between innovation management,
operations management, and marketing. Frequently quoted in The Financial
Times, The Economist, and Business Week, amongst others, Frank Piller
is regarded as one of the leading experts on mass customization.
His 1997 article in the German edition of the Harvard Business Review
and his
first book on Mass Customization (1998) played a significant role
in
promoting Mass Customization throughout the world.

DANIEL A. MARINO is Senior Partner of MARINO ASSOCIATES, INC. Listed
in "Who's Who in American Manufacturing" Mr Marino brings
exceptional skills and experience to Business Affair.
A proven, worldclass
manufacturing executive, Mr. Marino is also a principal of Helle-Abair
Inc., a consulting firm specializing in material control and manufacturing-related

Ms. Bercier
has a BA from Assumption College and has completed post-graduate
work in Business Administration/Management. She is currently a Senior
Consultant with MARINO ASSOCIATES, INC.; a manufacturing consulting
firm specializing in ERP/MRP II, Lean/Agile Manufacturing, Just
in Time, Total Quality, and Customer Relationship Management.
Sheryl's twenty
years senior industry experience has allowed her to implement programs
that have greatly reduced inventory; improved inventory turns and
lowered overall cost. She has recently implemented both SAP's R3
ERP system and Oracle's ERP systems.
Ms. Bercier
is a popular speaker and educator, specializing in the topics of
Inventory Control and Supply Chain Management. She has developed
training and education courses in the areas of, ERP/MRP II, Supply
Chain, JIT, Inventory Control, Forecasting, and Master Production
Scheduling.
